A Plantation Drive was successfully organized by the Rotary Club Karachi Greenways in collaboration with Sheikh Zayed Islamic Centre, University of Karachi on 23rd April 2026. A large number of students attended and actively participated in the plantation activity, reflecting their commitment to environmental sustainability. Prof. Dr. Abida Perveen, Director of Sheikh Zayed Islamic Centre, also took part in the drive and planted saplings, emphasizing the importance of eco-friendly initiatives. Members of the Rotary Club Karachi Greenways efficiently conducted the plantation drive, ensuring its smooth execution. The event concluded with a strong message of collective responsibility towards building a greener and more sustainable Karachi.
